A mixed floor in one system
A PlayStation room, a computer and a billiard table are all kept as "places", each with its own price or tariff. The report shows how much each line brought in.
Andijan
A console room, a computer and a billiard table — all in one system. The bar, shifts and daily profit are here too.
Andijan is a large valley city with a young population. Many venues here run several lines of business on one floor: console rooms, computers, billiards or table tennis next to them — and a single till.
In a venue like that the main question becomes which line brings in what. That is hard to separate in a notebook, while in the system every place is counted on its own, with its own price.
A mixed floor, the shift handover and an owner who is not on site — three everyday situations.
A PlayStation room, a computer and a billiard table are all kept as "places", each with its own price or tariff. The report shows how much each line brought in.
When cashiers change, the numbers have to add up: closing a shift counts cash, card payments and expenses, and the next cashier opens their own. Who worked which shift stays visible afterwards.
You do not have to drive to the club to know the takings: the owner sees daily revenue, open orders and the state of the shift in a phone browser. No calling the cashier and taking their word for it.
The location changes both the flow of guests and the settings you need.
Heavy flow, chance guests who come in as a group and leave quickly. Opening an order quickly and selling at the bar quickly both matter: a barcode scanner adds an item in one move.
Regular guests, small bills, a steady flow through the day. Here the most money is saved by counting time exactly and keeping bar stock straight.
Timetables and holidays change the load: empty by day, full after classes. Breaking the report down by hour shows where to make the day cheaper and where to price the peak separately.
The system runs in the cloud, so the venue needs an internet connection. In return there is no server to keep at the till, no database backups and no updates to install — that is on us. If your connection drops often, tell us up front: we would rather say so than promise too much.
Busy and free places in one list: time runs on every busy one and the total is calculated automatically. Products are added with a scanner or by name.
The system adds up cash, card, bar and expenses and shows how much money should be in the drawer. Staff cannot see other shifts or the overall profit.
Nothing to install: log in from the browser, add rooms, computers and tables, set a price for each and give the cashier a login.
If you have computers, an agent is installed on them — it unlocks and locks the machine according to the order. We do the setup together remotely, over Telegram and screen sharing. To look first, there is a demo club filled with data.
Every plan has the same features — only the number of places differs. First 14 days are free.
The first 14 days are free. After a paid period ends, the system keeps working for another 3 days.
Yes. Every room, computer and table is kept as a separate "place" with its own price. The report shows revenue broken down by line of business.
Yes. The cashier only works with their own shift and does not see total revenue. The owner sees every shift, the cancelled orders and the expenses.
Setup and training are done remotely: we get in touch over Telegram and walk you through it by screen sharing. The software runs in the cloud, so nothing is installed at the till — apart from the agent for a computer club.
Leave a request — we will give you free access for 14 days and help you get started.
