Stock goes down by itself
Every drink and snack sold is written off stock — no manual recounting. If an item has run out it cannot be sold: the cashier cannot push through a "there was some left".
Karshi
Time per place, bar and stock, money taken out of the till and shift accounting — in one system, from the browser.
Karshi is a regional centre and a compact city: most of the flow gathers in the centre, and at weekends guests come in from the districts too.
Venues here usually do not have many places, so a noticeable share of the profit comes from the bar and the stock. Which makes the real question not how much came in, but how much is left after the bar and the expenses.
With only a few places, every som has to be visible in the bar and expense records.
Every drink and snack sold is written off stock — no manual recounting. If an item has run out it cannot be sold: the cashier cannot push through a "there was some left".
Every amount the cashier takes out of the till — for goods, a taxi, small needs — is recorded as an expense. Closing a shift counts cash, card payments and expenses, so you see what should be left in the till.
Bar sales are not profit: profit is what is left after the purchase price. The report shows revenue and net profit separately, so it is clear which items are working.
Which part of the city you work in changes both the bar range and the tariff.
Heavy flow, chance guests who come in as a group and leave quickly. Speed at the bar matters here: with a barcode scanner an item is added in one move.
Regular guests, small bills, a steady flow through the day. Counting time exactly and keeping stock straight saves the most money here.
On Saturday and Sunday the flow is different: bigger groups, more bar sales. A report by day of the week helps you prepare for those days in advance.
The system runs in the cloud, so the venue needs an internet connection. In return there is no server to keep at the till, no database backups and no updates to install — that is on us. If your connection drops often, tell us up front: we would rather say so than promise too much.
Busy and free places in one list: time runs on every busy one and the total is calculated automatically. Products are added with a scanner or by name.
The system adds up cash, card, bar and expenses and shows how much money should be in the drawer. Staff cannot see other shifts or the overall profit.
Nothing to install: log in from the browser, add places and prices, enter the bar range and give the cashier a login.
If you want to run stock by barcode, an ordinary USB scanner is enough — items are added by scanning. We do the setup together remotely, over Telegram and screen sharing.
Every plan has the same features — only the number of places differs. First 14 days are free.
The first 14 days are free. After a paid period ends, the system keeps working for another 3 days.
No. The bar can be kept as a simple list. But once you enter stock levels and purchase prices, the report shows net profit and sold-out items cannot be sold — which is why most people choose that route.
It is recorded as an expense and goes into the shift report. Closing a shift brings cash, card payments and expenses together, so what should be left in the till is there as a number.
Not necessarily, but with a busy bar it speeds things up noticeably. An ordinary USB scanner is enough — there is no need to buy a dedicated device or a cash register.
