Nothing to repair
There is no server and no separate database at the till. If the computer dies or Windows is reinstalled, nothing is lost: log in from another computer or from a phone and carry on.
Nukus
Time per place, bar sales, shifts and daily profit — in the cloud. No server to keep at the till and no server to repair.
Nukus is the capital of Karakalpakstan, more than a thousand kilometres from Tashkent. Technically that leads to one practical conclusion: if software installed on site breaks, finding someone to fix it is hard, and getting an engineer out stretches into days.
Which is exactly why a cloud system shows its value most here: the database sits on our server, a backup is taken every day on its own, and updates arrive by themselves. All the venue needs is a browser and a connection.
Distance changes the technical choices — what matters most here is having nothing to repair.
There is no server and no separate database at the till. If the computer dies or Windows is reinstalled, nothing is lost: log in from another computer or from a phone and carry on.
Database backups, copies onto a flash drive, installing updates — none of that is on you. The data is stored on a server in Uzbekistan and backed up every day.
There is a flip side: while the internet is down the cashier cannot open a new order. Connection quality is not the same everywhere, so tell us what yours is like — we would rather say so than promise too much.
The location changes both the flow of guests and the settings you need.
Heavy flow, guests arriving in groups. Opening an order quickly and selling at the bar quickly both matter: a barcode scanner adds an item in one move.
Regular guests, small bills, a steady flow through the day. Counting time exactly and keeping stock straight saves the most money.
Empty by day, full after classes. Breaking the report down by hour lets you make the day cheaper or price the peak separately.
The system runs in the cloud, so the venue needs an internet connection. In return there is no server to keep at the till, no database backups and no updates to install — that is on us. If your connection drops often, tell us up front: we would rather say so than promise too much.
Busy and free places in one list: time runs on every busy one and the total is calculated automatically. Products are added with a scanner or by name.
You can see at a glance which computer is on and which is not connected. Shutdown, restart and messages to the customer start here too.
Nothing to install: log in from the browser, add places and prices and give the cashier a login. The "call an engineer and install the software" stage simply does not exist.
If you run a computer club, an agent is installed on each PC — it unlocks and locks the machine according to the order. We do the setup and the training together remotely, over Telegram and screen sharing.
Every plan has the same features — only the number of places differs. First 14 days are free.
The first 14 days are free. After a paid period ends, the system keeps working for another 3 days.
There is no need to come: the software runs in the cloud and nothing is installed at the till — apart from the agent for a computer club. Setup and training are done remotely over Telegram.
On a server in Uzbekistan, with a backup taken every day. Even if the computer in the venue breaks, nothing is lost: log in from another device and carry on.
Not yet: the interface works in Uzbek and Russian. Karakalpak is on the list, but we will not name a date — we would rather not promise something that does not exist.
Leave a request — we will give you free access for 14 days and help you get started.
