The hourly rate is higher
Rent and utilities are more expensive in the capital, and the hourly price reflects that. So every hour that never reached the till also costs more: one unrecorded session here is worth more money than in a regional venue.
Tashkent
Room and PC time, bar sales, cashier shifts and daily profit in one system. Runs in the browser — nothing to install at the till.
Tashkent is the largest and densest entertainment market in the country. Nobody can give an exact number of venues: directories count differently, some places are a gaming corner inside a cafe or a shopping mall, and the list changes over the year. The scale is clear, though — hundreds of venues, growing along with the new residential districts.
For day-to-day accounting that leads to three practical conclusions: the hour is expensive, the shift is long, and the guest will not wait.
A venue in the capital differs from a regional one in three ways.
Rent and utilities are more expensive in the capital, and the hourly price reflects that. So every hour that never reached the till also costs more: one unrecorded session here is worth more money than in a regional venue.
The capital stays up late: on Friday and Saturday the venue works past midnight. That makes the evening tariff more than decoration on a price list. The system switches tariffs by time on its own — the cashier does not have to remember or recalculate.
There are several other clubs nearby. If a room is taken and the booking is stuck in a notebook or a chat, the group simply moves to the venue next door. A booking is written straight onto the order: guest name, phone and a note.
Venues are spread unevenly across Tashkent, and the location decides which settings you will open most often.
Expensive rent, competitors next door, guests arriving late and in groups. Two things matter most here: holding a room in advance and splitting day and evening tariffs.
Lower rate, a venue living on regulars from the surrounding blocks, weekdays loaded more evenly. Here weekday and daytime tariffs are what fills the empty hours.
A case of its own: rent is often tied to turnover and opening hours follow the mall. That means you need shift reports you can export, not a notebook.
Exams and holidays swing the load sharply: the venue empties during exam week and fills up during the break. The monthly report shows how each week actually went, and tariffs and shift rotas follow from that.
The system runs in the cloud, so the venue needs an internet connection. In return there is no server to keep at the till, no database backups and no updates to install — that is on us. If your connection drops often, tell us up front: we would rather say so than promise too much.
Busy and free places in one list: time runs on every busy one and the total is calculated automatically. Products are added with a scanner or by name.
You can see at a glance which computer is on and which is not connected. Shutdown, restart and messages to the customer start here too.
Revenue, bar profit, cost, net profit, average check and a chart by day. The business day runs from 06:00 to 06:00 the next morning.
There is nothing to install: you log in from the browser, add rooms and prices, and give the cashier a login. That usually takes under an hour — the first shift can be opened the same day.
If you are in Tashkent we can arrange to set everything up on site and train the cashiers; elsewhere we help remotely over Telegram and screen sharing. If you want to look first, there is a demo club filled with data — open it and look around without entering anything.
Every plan has the same features — only the number of places differs. First 14 days are free.
The first 14 days are free. After a paid period ends, the system keeps working for another 3 days.
The software runs in the cloud, so there is nothing to install — it opens in a browser. Within Tashkent we can arrange to show it on site; elsewhere we connect remotely.
Yes. Each club is kept separately with its own rooms, prices and cashiers. The owner switches between clubs in one account, and reports stay separate per club.
Yes, there is a separate agent for computers: the PC stays locked until an order is opened. There is no such lock for billiards or table tennis — there it is time, bar and till accounting.
Not a full calendar yet. A booking is stored on the order as a note: guest name, phone and comment, so the cashier will not give that room to another group. If you need hour-by-hour advance booking, we will say it plainly: we do not have that yet.
Leave a request — we will give you free access for 14 days and help you get started.
