Cheap hour, many seats
When the price is low, profit comes from turnover: the rooms need to be busy all day. Which room earns and which stands empty is visible in the report, and prices and equipment get redistributed accordingly.
Namangan
Room and PC time, bar sales, cashier shifts and daily profit in one system — visible from your phone too.
Namangan is one of the largest cities in the Fergana Valley, with a young population living close together. For gaming clubs that is a good market: plenty of guests, but a lower hourly rate than in the capital.
That shapes the business: profit comes not from one expensive hour but from many cheap ones. High turnover, thin margin — and it is exactly in a venue like that where any hole in the books shows up fast.
A cheap hour and many seats place their own demands on the books.

The densest part of the day is the hours after classes. You can put a separate tariff on that window or, the other way round, make the empty daytime hours cheaper — the system applies the tariff by time on its own.
With many seats and a single cashier, unrecorded sessions appear exactly here. In a computer club the agent closes that completely: until an order is opened, the PC is locked. For consoles and tables, the shift report and the log of cancelled orders do the work.
In Namangan most venues work inside a mahalla or near schools and colleges.
Regular guests who know each other, small bills. What matters most here is that time is counted exactly and bar stock is kept correctly: small amounts add up to real money over a month.
The load follows the timetable: empty by day, full after classes. Breaking the report down by hour shows where to lower the daytime price and where to put a separate peak tariff.
Guests arrive by chance, come in as a group and leave quickly. Opening an order fast and selling at the bar fast both matter: with a barcode scanner an item is added in one move.
The system runs in the cloud, so the venue needs an internet connection. In return there is no server to keep at the till, no database backups and no updates to install — that is on us. If your connection drops often, tell us up front: we would rather say so than promise too much.
Busy and free places in one list: time runs on every busy one and the total is calculated automatically. Products are added with a scanner or by name.
The system adds up cash, card, bar and expenses and shows how much money should be in the drawer. Staff cannot see other shifts or the overall profit.
Nothing to install: log in from the browser, add rooms and computers, set prices and give the cashier a login.
If you run a computer club, an agent is installed on each PC — it unlocks and locks the machine according to the order. We do the setup together remotely, over Telegram and screen sharing.
Every plan has the same features — only the number of places differs. First 14 days are free.
The first 14 days are free. After a paid period ends, the system keeps working for another 3 days.
Yes. An agent is installed on each PC: until an order is opened the screen stays locked, and it locks again when the time runs out. The cashier cannot seat a guest without opening an order.
Plans differ only in the number of places — the features are the same in all of them. Tell us how many places you have and we will work out together which plan is enough.
The system runs in the cloud, so it needs a connection. While it is down the cashier cannot open a new order — that is our weak spot and we do not hide it. If the connection at your venue is unreliable, tell us up front.
Leave a request — we will give you free access for 14 days and help you get started.
